- Hagen Radtke Review added: 2018.05.14★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆They didn't give me a van, even though I had a valid reservation, just offered me a refund. Really bad if you need the van that day. On a Saturday, no chance to spontaneously get another one from a reliable company. In the end I drove to the airport and rented a Nissan X-Trail with which I moved home then.
Avoid such nightmares, pay the 10 pounds extra and choose a respectable brand.
