Dentist proficient but did not advise when treatment (check up, replacing a filling, clean & polish) meant incrementing to a higher NHS payment band, a fact that I was not made aware of until afterwards by the receptionist.
Staff were polite even when challenged (re charges) but the lack of credit/debit card payment facilities is disturbing especially in this modern age and having to use a cashpoint to get payment was frankly embarrassing.
