- john cuthbert Review added: 2018.08.21★ ★ ★ ★ ★Service Above and beyond anything I have experienced in all my years of motoring and I have had some great service too.....You are greeted at the onset with a warm genuine welcome , made to feel at home , offered a seat, drinks and politely engaged with truly outstanding customer service by the team there. JJ or James who was my main point of contact is the loveliest chap you could ever wish to meet, I applaud this man for the level of service we were so kindly offered...Don't get me wrong I have dealt with Renault in the past and it left a sour taste in my mouth and again I left honest feedback then.... but thank goodness Simon and his team have restored my faith in Renault and I strongly recommend anyone to go and have a chat with the team and look round the fabulous showroom at Picador....You will not be disappointed...
