- Victor Victory Review added: 2018.10.15★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I forgot my email password Nov 9th 2013 I logged a ticket asking for a reset, it's the 17th of March 2014 and I still have no email access. They have changed my account login details to prevent me logging further complaints and tickets; but not solved my problems. On the rare occasions I have had a response I am simply told that 'senior admin' are looking into it, silence then ensues. Clearly this is a company who do not know what they're doing and have no concern for their customers. Avoid at all cost and If you're unsure try ringing, you'll be talking to the answer machine, just like me for the last 5 months.
- Iain Baikie Review added: 2018.06.29★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My company has been with Netmotivated a long time. However technical issues with our domain may require us to remove it from Netmotivated. Whether we remain with Netmotivated will depend upon the quality of the customer response and currently I cannot get through as the mailbox is full.
