I like how they theme the residence such as Halloween and Christmas. After the renovating was finished, the residence has been maintained in perfect condition and is extremely clean and welcoming.
For the price you pay, some may say it is expensive but in the grand scheme of things, the experience of living there is priceless - even for a student!
