Many are paying £11.00 & £12.00 per hour through umbrella and you still take home more money even after paying payroll services. I. T. S. won't pay unbrella company just P. A. Y. E. through themselfs and you always end up with less in the end than others. Their pay always been low when it comes to labourer work. Other agencies can do better if you put your CV on CV library and your get better pay offerd.
