I cant seem to get through to the surgery before 10:30 when I call them because everyone else is madly trying to get an appointment too. If you dont get through in the morning its a 2 plus week wait for the one you booked online. There is no more room at this surgery, people dont get their ailments seen to properly as the doctors dont want everyone else complaining, to the point ive been told I cant talk about my illness anymore and have been hurried out of my meeting with the doctor.
My saddest experience with this surgery was when I called 10 minutes before their closing time, someone answered but giggled with the other receptionist, and told me 'wrong number' before hanging up! I hadent even said anything!
Choose your surgery wisely, I wouldnt advise coming here.
