An 18th birthday surprise party was organised for my friend and we were meant to be picked up, go meet her at a restaurant and take her around in it before going to her father's house to party. However, the limo was late by over an hour because the limo driver 'could not find the address'.
We were constantly in contact with someone in the office to see where the driver was and were told the driver had been to the address when we had been stood there for an hour waiting there for him, so obviously that was a lie. Next we were told that the address we had given was wrong and he couldn't find the address, so which story was true? Well, turns out that the driver had a sat nav that had software that was out of date by over 7 years as the address we were meeting on could not be seen on the sat nav as the estate had not been built when that version of the software was released. You would have thought that a company of that size would at least have up to date software.
If that were not enough, the driver was given a printed map (provided by my friend's father) with annotations, phone numbers etc. telling the driver exactly where we were going to be. The person in the office speaking to us was rude and treated us as if we were stupid. About 10 minutes before the limo finally turned up we were told that they had another job soon and could not make our one. The limo driver phoned us finally, which is what he should have done in the first place, and we had to ring someone to send them out in their car to find the driver and bring him back.
To top it all off, we went to the father's house as they had to leave the restaurant because we had been stalled for so long, and picked her up for a drive which we rightly demanded, but the driver ran out of his legal driving time and we had to get out.
Overall, this company has disgustingly poor organisational skills and lies to you to make themselves look like they are in the right. We never even got an apology from either the driver or the person in the office. So, if you want a good night, do not even consider using this company.
